  • Krizzia Pierard

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Trained as an Oral Health Therapist, Krizzia spent years balancing a demanding career with the pursuit of personal wellbeing. In 2020, she embarked on a new journey—training as a yoga teacher. What began as a means to find balance soon blossomed into a lifelong passion for yoga and holistic living.

After welcoming two beautiful children, Krizzia discovered a deep connection to pre- and postnatal yoga. Through her own experience of motherhood, she found a renewed sense of purpose in supporting other women through these transformative stages of life.

Yoga became her saving grace—teaching her peace, self-love, and deep awareness of both body and mind. Today, Krizzia’s mission is to show that yoga is for everybody and every body. She creates a welcoming, inclusive space where students can reconnect with themselves, find balance, and embrace their true essence through the power of the practice.
